ENFORCEMENT OF LAW (OCCASIONAL POWERS) ACT, 1924.


ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS

Part I.

POWERS OF UNDER-SHERIFF.

Section

1.

Appointment of under-sheriffs.

Employment of bailiffs by under-sheriffs.

Bailiff to produce warrant of authority.

Inventory of chattels seized to be made.

AN ACT TO PREVENT THE OBSTRUCTION OF LEGAL REMEDIES AND TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL POWERS FOR ENFORCING THE PAYMENT OF JUDGMENT DEBTS AND OTHERWISE FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF LAW. [25th June, 1924.]
