Proclamations to be published in the Iris Oifigiúil and otherwise.

3. —Every proclamation made by the Executive Council under this Act shall be published in the Iris Oifigiúil and in such other ways as the Executive Council shall direct, and such publication shall be made not later than seven days before the day which is by such proclamation declared to be a bank or other holiday.
