PUBLIC SAFETY ACT, 1928.

AN ACT TO TERMINATE THE DURATION OF THE PUBLIC SAFETY ACT, 1927 . [26th December, 1928.]

		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:—
[GA]	Duration of the Public Safety Act, 1927 .	1.— Sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Public Safety Act, 1927 (No. 31 of 1927), is hereby repealed and in lieu thereof it is hereby enacted that the said Public Safety Act, 1927 , shall expire on the passing of this Act.
[GA]	Short title.	2.— This Act may be cited as the Public Safety Act, 1928.
