NATIONAL BUILDING AGENCY LIMITED (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1969

AN ACT TO INCREASE THE LIMIT ON ADVANCES AND GUARANTEES UNDER THE NATIONAL BUILDING AGENCY LIMITED ACT, 1963 . [12th November, 1969]

		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:
[GA]	Amendment of section 9 of the National Building Agency Limited Act, 1963.	1. — Section 9 of the National Building Agency Limited Act, 1963 , is hereby amended by the substitution of “five million pounds” for “two million pounds”.
[GA]	Short title and collective citation.	2. —(1) This Act may be cited as the National Building Agency Limited (Amendment) Act, 1969.
[GA]		(2) The National Building Agency Limited Act, 1963 , and this Act may be cited together as the National Building Agency Limited Acts, 1963 and 1969.
