DAIRY PRODUCE (PRICE STABILISATION) ACT, 1935.


AN ACT TO PROMOTE THE STABILISATION OF THE PRICE OF BUTTER AND OTHER MILK PRODUCTS, AND FOR THAT PURPOSE TO MAKE PROVISION FOR THE CONTROL OF THE DISTRIBUTION, SALE, IMPORTATION AND EXPORTATION OF BUTTER AND OTHER MILK PRODUCTS, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE IMPOSITION OF LEVIES AND THE PAYMENT OF BOUNTIES ON BUTTER AND OTHER MILK PRODUCTS, AND TO MAKE PROVISION FOR OTHER MATTERS CONNECTED WITH THE MATTERS AFORESAID. [13th June, 1935.]
