CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956 (CONTINUANCE) ACT, 1961.

AN ACT TO EXTEND THE PERIOD DURING WHICH THE CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956, CONTINUES IN FORCE. [20th December, 1961.]

		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:—
[GA]	Continuance of Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956.	1. —(1) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956, shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1965, and shall then expire.
[GA]		(2) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1958 , is hereby repealed.
[GA]	Short title.	2. —This Act may be cited as the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1961.
